Welcome to my website! My work ethic began at the age of 14 on my grandpa's dairy farm, where I learned the value of hard work and dedication. After high school, I joined a framing crew, which deepened my respect for the craft. I spent three years with a home building company as a general labor. Gaining diverse experience while starting a family. My career took off when I became a construction superintendent, managing new homes and remodels, laying my lasting commitment to the residential home building industry. With 42 years' experience in the home building industry, I've had the privileged of working for five diverse companies. One of those companies became my professional home for an impressive 28 years. The extensive journey has equipped me a wealth of knowledge and skills that I bring to every project. I am dedicated to quality and craftsmanship in every home I helped build.

Process
Welcome to my process! To get started please take a moment to fill out questionnaire. This will help me gather the information needed to serve you better. Once I receive your questionnaire, I’ll send you the contract agreement to sign. After that, we’ll all be set to inspect your new home. Then I will provide you with an invoice for payment via check, credit or debit card, or Zelle®. Once funds are received, I will email you the final report. If you have questions regarding the report, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Structure & Foundation Inspection
Conducting this inspection prior to beginning any mechanical work is crucial for maintaining project efficiency. By confirming that the structural components are properly installed, potential issues can be identified and addressed early, minimizing rework and preventing unnecessary downtime. To verify that all structural components in the house have been constructed as specified, I will require the engineering plans that were submitted to the city. Reviewing these documents will allow me to confirm that the building meets the engineer’s design and requirements.
